Connecting old phoenix inv/ch 12/2500/120 to cerbo mk 2

Soon to be connected cerbo mk 2 + smart shunt + screen, the existing phoenix inv/ch works very well even at 16years but no direct connection exists, to new system, however when it was programmed for the new batteries a connection must have been made to connect to a laptop but how is beyond my understanding. So can I integrate the new and old system.

I guess your Phoenix is too old.
