Off-grid installation with generator.
When configured to only charge with surplus solar power, it also consumes battery power. If it were only for a moment, it wouldn’t be a problem, but it keeps draining the battery for too long.
When there’s only 700W of solar power, why does it start charging the car? It consumes battery power. For me, this system isn’t working properly.
The reduction in charging power to the vehicle is too slow. Even when there’s a drop in solar production (clouds), the charger increases its consumption.
Is there a solution? Or do we have to wait for Victron to fix it with updates? They’re always half-baked.

There should be a tab to configure the minimum solar charge to start charging, taking into account the home’s consumption. Add and subtract. The EV charger has a minimum of 6 because it’s the minimum charge for the car, which is about 1400 W. Therefore, it won’t start charging until there’s, say, 2000 W left.
What does it say here?

These parameters should be able to be configured differently in manual mode, automatic mode and scheduled mode.
