CerboGX - 48V vs 12V

Does the CerboGX (v1) run cooler / more efficiently on 12V than 48V, particularly when it comes to running many (10) USB devices (ve.direct - USB)

I suspect it’s using a linear regulator and not a DCDC converter internally, so combined with 3.6 runs very hot and then slow.

I run my Cerbo GX on 48v. It’s pretty hot in certain places. I can easily find the hot spot with my infrared camera.

Testing with IR camera on 48 and 12

With 12 it wont even boot up.
