Cerbo gx tank settings problem

Hello, this is my first post here..

I have an old Dethleffs globetrotter sd 1987.

I have moved away from the electroblock and installed a new victron setup.

Now im fiddeling with the tankmeter wich is original, i have no idea of wich type of messurement the tanksensor use.

It is a very basic full-medium-empty meter originally via the controlboard.

I hooked the cables to the cerbo gx tank inputs and tried different mv settings.

It seems it reads around 380.000mv but it only goes to 300.000mv

Also im not sure wich wire that goes where, i tried switching the cables but no result.

Does it mean it won’t work?

You would really need to know what type of sensor it is. The GX is limited in what it supports, often needing a GX tank 140 to connect.

The tank level inputs are resistive and must be connected to a resistive tank sender. Victron does not supply tank senders. The built-in tank sensor connections do not support mA or voltage sensors; these types will require the GX Tank 140 or replacement with a resistive sensor.
