Cerbo GX high CPU load

Hi,

I’ve noticed that my Cerbo GX cpu load is rather high…
I’m at the moment on Venus OS 3.42 Large and the cpu load is…

root@einstein:~# uptime
10:07:30 up 15 min, load average: 4.36, 4.14, 2.84
root@einstein:~# uptime
10:13:51 up 21 min, load average: 3.38, 3.47, 2.91
root@einstein:~# uptime
10:14:48 up 22 min, load average: 4.70, 3.79, 3.06

is that not too high??? what is your average cpu loads???

Depends on what components you have connected and if you are running some scripts, NodeRed or Signal K.

I have Node-Red running… and at the moment just one script for Shelly-1PM (which is constantly taking around 9% cpu load) otherwise everything is as per standard installation.

Shelly is a common cause of cpu load issues. Many topics on the subject.
This is only a problem on modified systems.
