Hello, I am having an issue with new Cerbo GX and SOC conditions. I discovered the issue when I set up a backup generator to auto start at 80% SOC and turn off at 95%. The generator ended up running for 3-4 consistently untill the alarm cleared.
How I discovered the problem was setting an alarm rule to match the same condition. This is a solar unit running all night. Every morning around 5am the batteries drop to 79%. And every morning around 8:45 the batteries charge back to 100%. This is the exact time span of the generator running AND the alarm rule from 80 to 90%.
It seems that the Cerbo is ignoring the SOC % and is also taking too long to clear, even after reaching 100% much sooner.
All SW and FW is up to date and everything else is fine. Any ideas??
