CCGX not displaying Inverter PV after firmware upgrade

Good morning,
I upgraded the firmware on my CCGX from 2.51 to 3.42 so I could utilise the grid feed in limit option and the Inverter PV output is no longer displayed and the PV inverters do not show up in the device list. However, both Inverters are still detected and show under “PV inverters” on the Settings page.

ESS System:
2 x Multiplus II (Split phase- Australia).
2 x SolarEdge PV on AC-Out
Multiple Smart Solar MPPT PV with BYD Batteries.
All loads on AC-Out.

SolarEdge inverters linked to CCGX via LAN and have fixed IP addresses.

Reason for firmwave update is recent addition of additional DC PV pushes export to grid over limit imposed by supplier.

Q: Will frequency shifting control (Batteries full and lose the grid) still work even though the SolarEdge inverters aren’t shown in the device list?

Q: Are there other settings/options I can check to try and restore the PV Inverter output to the display?

Thanks

Ben

I just had a very similar issue after a firmware upgrade with an AC-coupled system using a Fronius inverter. Now the PV inverter is not shown on dashboard which results in incorrect load data. The PV inverter is shown in the device list but not on the dashboard. Very frustrating.

Seems like Victron did not test this latest firmware with AC-coupled systems. Here’s my post from yesterday - Fronius GEN24 not showing after Cerbo GX firmware update
