Can Quattro programmable relay be set to function as a timer?

Hi Community.
I am a doctor working in Malawi where we are very happy with our ESS system.
Setup:
6x quattro 15kW in 3phase config
6x 15kW fronius Symo PV inverter on AC-out
1x fronius Symo PV inverter on AC-in
45x 100Ah lithiumion batteries in 9 banks, each with a BMV and one is set to provide SoC values for the Cerbo GX device. More info see: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/00494755241241565

Problem: we would like to control one load, our waterpumps, to only pump during day time when there is plenty of solar available. Load should be switched off at night, as the load drains the battery and the watertanks overflow. We don’t want to use DC voltage or SoC to control this; because the water is an essential need, so don’t want to not pump in case of bad weather and grid failure when SoC will remain low.

Can someone help me to work out wether we can set a programmable relay in of the Quattro to do this for us? The relay can then signal to a contactor switching on/off the waterpumps.
Ideally the relay closes at 8:00 am and opens at 16:00 pm every day.

Many thanks

PM: we already use the generator Start/Stop function in the Cerbo device for manipulating another load (load switches off when SoC drops below a certain level).
