BUS failure coinciding with high DBUS round trip time

Good Morning,
System is:
Quattro inverter
Venus GX controller
Victron solar charge controller
BYD LVL Battery

I am having an issue where the quattro shuts down for approx 2 minutes and restarts.
Three alarms appear each time:
VE BUS: Low battery alarm
Solar charger: no BMS
VE BUS: BMS lost

I have noticed that at each time the inverter cuts and the DBUS round trip time peaks significantly above 4000ms.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening? Is there any configuration settings able to help reduce the spikes of DBUS time?
The Venus GX is connected via ethernet, but very slow/poor internet connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

You may have transmission problems on your CAN port
Are you using any other mods or similar on the Venus?
The CPU performance of the small Venus is now known to be not the best … but you don’t have that much on your system.

Have a look at the status of your CAN interface to see if there are any error messages:
