Low Battery, Lost BMS

HI all,

I am having an issue with my off grid power system, the company i bought it from are struggling to work out what is wrong.

I have 6 x plyontech batteries with a Victron Quattro 15kva inverter & 2 solar controllers. Initially system was perfect but lately it will email me constant errors, lost bms and low battery. Batteries are always close to full as I’m not living there yet just getting used as construction power. We thought it may be the invertor playing up so they have replaced it with a new quattro , it was perfect for 2 weeks and then the issues have now come back. Have anyone else had this, is it the batteries bms or the solar controllers. Getting very annoying now.

I have 4x pylontech 5000 US batteries with a Multi Plus II GX 48-5000.
After months without any problem, within 1 week 2 times the same error.
Doing nothing, after a while, it can take 1 to 5 hours, the connection with the BMS is OK again for about 4-5 minutes. In that short time the system works normal.
After a reboot in the Remote Controle (settings-general) it’s working again till the next time.

I have no idea where to look at.
Hope someone can pinpoint the cause of the error.

The issue you describe sounds very similar to something that we have resolved in Venus OS v3.53.

I still use v3.41.

The problem did occur only 2 times in October and there after never again.
So I’m satisfied with the system right now.
