Brand New Multiplus Inverter/Charger 1200VA no LEDs or Operation

I thought this was going to be a pretty easy install, after my major LiFePO4 upgrade last season. I finally got an inverter/charger for my Smart Batteries (had been using a Blue Smart) due to the new form factor enabling fitment. I installed this afternoon but I’m not seeing any pass through 120V AC current and no LED activity on the front of the unit. Cerbo not picking it up either (VE.bus). I’ve confirmed 12VDC at the main battery terminals on the unit, 120VAC input, set dip switches (toggled #6 on/off per instruction), but nothing. Am I missing something? Could my galvanic isolator be creating a problem? Shouldn’t the MultiPlus turn on when connected to 12VDC, even if no 120VAC connected? I have no external switches plugged in, just using the ON/OFF/CHG toggle switch on the unit itself for now.

Appreciate any advice for diagnosis. Thanks in advance.

Hi have you gone through the troubleshooting guide below?

This might help too.
Multiplus won’t turn on - DIY - Victron Community (victronenergy.com)

Yes, I went through all that. The fact that I’m not even seeing LEDs turn on when connected to my Lynx Distributor is what is concerning me. I have filed a support ticket but was just asking the community if I may be missing something and offer suggestions not covered by the troubleshooting guide which doesn’t really offer anything other than to check battery voltage in this case.

Problem solved! Turns out the RJ45 cable was plugged into the LAN port of the Cerbo, not the VE.bus. I was only able to diagnose it after unplugging the cable at the MultiBus, and then toggling power. Green light. Connect RJ45, red light. But if the RJ45 was connected at startup, it was completely disabling the MultiBus and not allowing any LEDs or error codes. My Cerbo is mounted in a difficult to reach/see area, so was 1 plug off :sob: In case anyone else ever experiences this, check your Cerbo!
