I reconnected my BMV-712 today after a few weeks in storage and the app is showing correct voltage 13.26v but the display is showing 3.26v. I tried reconnecting the fuse holder a few times and I’m sure it good. Firmware is up to date.
Maybe the segments for the 1 has a problem?
Did you try switching through the other displays with the + and - buttons or go to the history or settings to see if that segment works or not?
