New Victron system built and installed by Victron dealer with guidance of Victron rep in 2025 Transit van. Multiplus II 48 3000 35, GX Cerbo, 48 v 100 amp hr Victron lithium battery, VE. Bus BMS NG, 2 Orion tr smart 12 48 8 isolated DCDC chargers and shore power. Everything is working as it should except when connecting BMS via daisy chain to H connection per manual to chargers the chargers do not turn on. If BMS wire is disconnected and loops installed back into chargers they turn on when vehicle is started. Dealer and rep are out of ideas to correct. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
As far as I understand it the orions reference the primary or starter battery with used like that.
See the manual here.
When using the secondary battery for control you need this item.
You could always use cerbo relays to remote switch them.
Thank you for the information. The manual that you provided is for a small BMS. I have a ve. Bus BMS NG and cannot find any info on how to connect the Orion TR Isolated DCDC charger remote cable. Would you be so kind and provide the info on how to connect the ve Bus BMS to two DC DC isolated chargers.
Thank you
Hi,
The remote cable have two grey wires, plug it nto the little green connector called Remote on the Orion side.
The yellow wire go to the “charge disconnect “ plot on bms side.
The black wire go to the auxillary negative.
Cheers
Where can I find the auxiliary negative connection? Is it on the Multi Plus 2?

It’s just a minus, you can plug it on a negative busbar…
Thanks just want to make sure I connect correctly. I can connect to any minus on Multi Plus, correct?

I installed the remote on off cable from BMS to two DCDC chargers via daisy chain. The chargers cycle on and off and do not charge. I disconnected one and the one left connected stays on and charges. Do I need to connect each DCDC charger with a remote cable and not daisy chain to work properly?
Hi,
Can you send a drawing of your wirering ?
