Hi there.
Anybody knows what happens with the build in bluetooth adapter when it’s not conected to my phone?
Is it in some kind of standby mode, or still consuming power and producing radiation?
Is the ve.direct to usb cable conection to my notebook the only way to switch bluetooth on or of or is it also possible with the mppt control display?

The Bluetooth is the BLE so Bluetooth low energy. It meets emissions regulations. See certificates on the product page.
You need the ve direct to usb or the ve direct to BT dongle to switch it back on.
As far as i can see the setting for Bluetooth is not listed as configurable. with the smart solar control display.
