I have a Bluesolar 100/50 that is exhibiting something disturbing. On both my macos and android versions victronconnect, there is no data displayed

on the ‘trends’ section of either app. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

We are working on this, but so far we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue.
Have you tried changing the graph monitoring values? In your screenshot, they are set to Solar Power and Solar Current. Could you try switching them to something else and then back to Power/Current? Does it make any difference, or does the graph continue to show an empty state?
Thank you for the reply @jperez. I tried different settings to display and the graph remains at the same empty state. I tried un-installing the app multiple times between my devices and the issue remains.

How are you connecting to the MPPT, via Bluetooth or VRM?

Hi is anything happening on this problem - I have exactly the same experience.
I have a bluesolar 100/50 which has been working OK for years. After the last firmware update I have the same strange Trends screen.
8 months ago I installed a Cerbo Mk2 which meant removing the bluesolar BT dongle to install the ve.direct to the Cerbo (no internal BT on the bluesolar). So basically I’m getting the Trends screen (and everything else mppt) from the Cerbo and presumably the VRM. I’m pretty certain Trends was working OK after this. It only went wrong after the last firmware upgrade that was done through the Cerbo.

Hi, VictronConnect v6.31 released today should solve this issue.
The Status is updating and history is working (all history disappeared and it’s re-started from zero) in Trends there’s no data or graph and lots of zeros in scale. See screenshot. This happened for no apparent reason after working perfectly for 4+ years

my SmartShunt IP65 500A/50mV (Fw v4.19 BT v2.52) shows the same issue with the new v6.31 of VictronConnect for Android:
Trends bargraph data never finishes “Loading trends …”, line start display data from scratch - nothing historical.
This was ok with the prior version of the VictronConnect app.
A SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 and a SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 behaves as expected.
Hoping for v6.32++ of the app

I have the same problem like yours. The SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 works all fine but the SmartShunt IP65 500A never finishes Loading trends.
I hope the issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

just got VictronConnect v6.32 on my Android and the Trends bargraph for my SmartShunt IP65 500A loads, line display shows historical data again.
Trends for the MPPTs are still ok, just to confirm.
