Blue Smart IP22 Charger Settings

I have two Victron LiFePO4 24v 100Ah batteries that are in need of resuscitation after being overly discharged. I also have a Victron Blue Smart IP22 Charger (12v-15a). I tried using the charger on the Li-Ion preset but it just goes into Absorption mode after a flicker on the Bulk mode. It also show 0 current. Are there different settings I should be using? Thanks in advance!

Are the batteries 24v as stated, or are they 2 12v batteries in series to make a 24vNom system? If they’re 24v batteries, you can’t use a 12v charger on them…

They are 24v and now I feel stupid. lol. Thanks!

No worries! Grab you a 24v charger and I’m sure they’ll come back alive

Which charger do you recommend?

I mean most of them are fine - the IP22 is a good charger, and is available in 24v output; if you want one that is a little more easily portable and has its own AC and DC wiring, the IP65 range is great and also is available in 24v output variants. The only one I’d stay clear of unless you really specifically need the rating is the IP67 range, just because waterproof chargers from any manufacturer -Victron included- have a much higher failure rate than non-waterproof chargers.

You are awesome.
