The output of Blue Smart IP22 12/30 (3) is giving over 16V while it is set to “Normal” mode. The AC system of the boat is two phases, so it gets “Phase + Phase”. The charger was also tested outside of the boat with “Phase + Neutral” and it was observed that it worked without a problem. The DC cables are 16 mm2 - 1 meter for two outputs and 35 mm2 - 15 meters for the third output. What may be the issue ?

Do you have VE.Smart networking configured and if you do, what else is in that VE.Smart networking network and are the other products connected to the same battery?

VE.Smart networking is not active. Just this charger s connected to the same battery.

Can you perhaps create a service report directly after connecting to the charger when it outputs 16V and post that service report here?
And did you measure that 16V with a multimeter on the output of the charger or was it just that that was reported by VictronConnect?
