Blue power ip22 charger in power supply mode

I’ve noticed that when used as power supply the voltage is over 13v. Will this damage the connected lithium battery or should I disconnect it ?

Why are you using the power supply mode connected to a battery?

Because I’ve put it in my caravan. I know I can just use the battery and keep it on charge but wondered that if the battery was fully charged I could run the 12v electrics off the power supply function.

I have had a play with this, and you can do some pretty cool stuff with Victron chargers. What you can avoid is re-bulking the battery every time you turn on a load. You can try this and adjust to suit the loads. It’s something you will need to see if you can get to work. If you find the battery SOC is getting too low, you could increase the voltage to 13.3V, for example.

Setting the voltages.
Bulk / Abs / Float 13.2 V. Acts as a DC power supply, avoiding cycling.
Equalisation, weekly, 14.2 V fully charges the battery.
Equalisation auto-trigger. Weekly only. Don’t run daily.
Result Battery idle most of the time, topped weekly. Ideal for shore-powered setups.
