Behavior during overload

Suppose you have an Multiplus 2.
Suppose that the inverter functions with the Switch in ON position, NOT in inverter only mode.
Suppose it’s in an AC-IN disconnect state, because of the Virtual Switch set as Ignore AC input.
Suppose that the user didn’t set the Load conditions of the Ignore AC input, so the inverter doesn’t reconnect the AC based on load.
Or maybe, by mistake, the user set the reconnect based on load to a value much bigger than the inverter capability.

During this mode, the load is drawing, at some point, more than the inverter capacity.
What happens?
Is the inverter just shutting down or it tries first to reconnect the AC?
Thanks!

It shuts down but depending on how much of an overload will run it for a while.
I have seen one run 50% overload sustained untill over temperature happend.

Thank you for your answer.

Do you know which are the overload numbers for MultiPlus II 3K ?
Meaning how much for how long?

For example, for Multi RS, it states the followings, with timeframes:
1

But for MultiPlus II 3K, only this, without saying for how long:
2

It will help a lot for configuring this:
3

Difficult one to answer with absolute certainty as installation and operating conditions go a long way here. Main ones being temperature and DC voltage stability.

I have not used a 3kVa but the 5kVa can do almost 10 for 2 minutes.
There was a webinar on inverter overload i think it is mentioned there.
