Battery Protect - disabled by remote

Hi
My Battery Protect was working fine for years until I replaced the battery with reversed polarity :weary_face:. Had to replace the fuses in the Phoenix 12|500, MPPT 75|15 and Smart Battery Sense.
The Battery Protect has no fuse and it is supposed to be reverse polarity protected however, after the catastrophe, I get the message ā€œDisable by REMOTEā€ but is has no remote connection. I cannot turn it back on by either disconnecting/reconnecting it or via the VC app. Pictures attached: note that the wiring for the BP is temporarily to bypass it while I figure it out.

Where does it say that the BP is protected against reverse polarity?
Yours is defective now and needs to be replaced.

Thanks for pointing that out. I must have misread ā€œreverse currentā€ information for the unit. In the bin it goes.
