I am just adding my comment of frustrtation that the latest app version 6.21 has “simplified” the information shown on the “device list” screen, so watts no longer appears. That is not “simplification”. Please return the watts in the device list so that I do not need to tap into the device for full details. Furthermore, please always keep a copy of the previous version/s so we can revert if we choose. I have managed to find a copy of 6.19 in an archive, but it was a pain to download and install in my devices. We should also have an option of disabling updates - if it ‘aint broke, don’t fix it.
Can you let us know which product is not showing watts in the instant readout data?

As others pointed out, please let us the choice to choose to autoupdate or not, without the need to be quick to press cancel…
Without asking, or having the possibility to disable autoupdates, the VictronConnect app on Windows can update to a non functional version.
An the same, VC 6.22 doesn’t show both trackers for Multi RS. It shows only the cumulative power.
VC 6.04 shows power from each tracker, as shown below.
With the same v1.16 firmware inside Multi RS.
Yes, I added it to our ToDo list and we’ll work on it based on other priorities, so probably not for next release.
That is indeed caused by the firmware version. Updating the Multi RS will make it appear again.
We’ll look into fixing it.
It should be fixed in v6.22 which was released a few hours ago.

Note that Venus < v3.50 will not show the products list, just the buttons to open remote console and VRM.
Funny thing… Just now observed…
If the wifi, bluetooth and location are all enabled, the blank screen happens.
If only wifi is enabled, then the cerbo’s page is showing correctly, because it’s seen only on wifi, its bluetooth being disabled.
But then the MultiRS, as it’s discoverable only on bluetooth, is not on the list…
Crazy, huh?
I can put it only on the fact that the bluetooth and wifi module shares the same hardware on many mobile devices…
Very strange yes. I have tested it on various Android phones and it worked fine with both Bluetooth and WiFi enabled. So I’m wondering if perhaps some pages from previous version got cached and are loaded instead of the new ones.
Can I ask you to fully uninstall VictronConnect and install it again?
In fact this is how I’ve done it.
Uninstalled 6.09.2 (which I keep as apk, because it satisfy most of my needs) and then installed 6.22 clean.
Hi all, VC 6.22 has more issues; Changing settings through te app is not possible since the latest update, nice that I can see the quattro now in the app, but changing settings remotely while abroad is of utter importance to me, and that does not work anymore..
We are unable to reproduce this issue here, it does work as expected.

Hi, this is only through VRM, and only with the 6.22 version. MPPT also. No history, no settings. See screenshots. Little cloud in top right corner keeps searching forever for settings, and when found there is no data.
Bluetooth no issues. Removed 6.22 and reinstalled, no changes. Old app works perfect.
