Another Low Battery Voltage Warning/Alarm Issuse

Hello to the community!

I have read several posts on the issues of Low Battery Voltage, hoping that my problems with Low Battery Voltage would find a solution. It seems that there can be many situations where these issues arise.

Here is what I am experiencing. I have a Victron Multi-plus II (L1 and L2) split-phase setup with SmartSolar MPPT VE.Can 250/85 rev2, with the Cerbo GX, and Lynx Shunt 1000A VE.Can, and the DC Distribution & fuses. Batteries connected are 2 SOK 48V 100ah each and an EELbattery unit 48V @ 280ah. Sometime during the evening, the system on Multi-plus L1 gives a Low Battery Voltage warning. Please see the images below.

The Low Battery Voltage is triggered by a voltage the drops to 52.28v and continues until the voltage rises to around 53.31v.

In checking the Victron Connect app, the DC settings are as follows, see image below:

With these settings, I am at a loss why L1 is throwing a Low Battery Voltage warning. The SOK batteries have a built-in BMS that is accessible only by the SOK ABC-BMS app. Everything there appears good. EEL batteries use the JK BMS, and everything there looks good. I have reviewed all the settings over and over, and based on the manufacturer’s recommendations, all is good. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the replies to this post. JohnR.

The low battery warnings can be triggered the dynamic cut off set in ESS assistant (if you are using it) which override the ones you have posted from the inverter tab.

It can also be something as silly as a battery terminal not seated properly. (Burs on a lug, heat shrink being clamped) Etc.
