After receiving my repaired quattro 12/5000/120/220 due to total failure: reference: Victron circuit board issues, Tech Note Nov 2024, the output AC voltage is 116…117 under load and unload conditions (large fully charged Victron battery bank, all connections verified, Cerbo reports 120VAC).
Is it possible to adjust the output voltage via MK3 / VeConfig? I attempted such and as soon as I entered 122 in Inverter tab > Voltage the Quattro shuts down.
Yes, you can change the output voltage with VE Configure. The pop up windo should give you the acceptable range limits for the voltage. Once this is uploaded (saved) to the inverter, it may well shut down pending a restart - this is one of the changes that does require a restart.
Thanks. I find it odd the Quattro shutdown after entering 122 on the dialog, , no pop up or opportunity to Save/Load.. I’ll try VeConfig again then Victron Connect if unsuccessful.
