Adding a remote display

My system (multiplus ii, cerbo gx, batteries and touch screen) are in my plant room, which is some distance from my kitchen where i spend most of my time. So im wondering of its possible to add a 2nd display in my kitchen?
It doesn’t have to be touch screen, so purely informative. Can i add an hdmi splitter and run a long hdmi cable from the plant room display to the kitchen?
Or is there a better way?
Ideally i want victron information to be displayed on my google home hub display, when i say “hey google, show me state of charge” can this be done?

Hdmi splitter should work, if your google home hub i have no experience with, could show a website it can show VRM

Should be able to get to the Victron Connect though IP address or VRM or by using home assistant I think is going to be the most versatile but you would have to put home assistant on a pi or old laptop/computer
