Tengo un Victron Multiplus 24/5000 de hace unos años y ahora le he cambiado las baterias a litio y un cerbo Gx. Me pone una alarma de GX error 48 DVCC incompatible Firmware. El MPPT ya lo he actualizado y veo que el firmware del inversor es el 158, todo me hace indicar que es bastante antiguo para un cerbo nuevo. Lo he intentado actualizar mediante el VE Flash y me sale un Target Key y me pide que meta un Update Key que es lo que necesito de Victron. ¿Como podría proceder?
158 is pretty old for inverter firmware. It’s the inverter that needs its firmware updating.
Good afternoon. I tried to update it, but it’s asking for a “target key” and telling me to get the update key from Victron Energy. However, I don’t know how to contact them. Do you have an email address or anything like that? Thank you very much.
I think that the ver old ones can be updated using VE flash,which is still available. Other than that, maybe this will be spotted by @guystewart who is victron staff and should be able to assist.
