AC Current sensor not updating the values

Hi,
I have exactly the same issue as this guy : https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/321941/40a-ac-current-sensor-for-pv-not-working-well.html

In two words, an AC Current Sensor plugged in the T Sense, the value gets updated in the VRM ou CerboGX only when restarting the MPII, but never realtime. If we unplug the sensor, nothing is detected either, it still shows a constant value which was the one from the restart.

PS: I cannot contribute on the old forum, so I opened a new one here.

Hi,

Sorry I just see now the old forum is closed.

Well After a Victron support Request.

We dont fond the reason why the Multiplus don’t actualise mesured values.

So I sent back the current sensor to the seller.

The current sensor was replace by an ET112 power manager.

Dont forget to buy the RS485/USB cable.

Just plug it on your Cerbo GX, program it into the console and it will display real time PV inverter values.

ET112 must be install to mesure positive value to work correctly.

Kind regards.

T sense = temperature sensor.
Current sense = CT (current clamp).
Et112 - follow instructions.
