3s pack lithium ion cells nominal 3.7V. Could we modify smart solar chargers to charge at say 12.6V

Have a blue smart charger with charging voltage not allowing 12.6V as required for 3S lithium ion pack. Could this be accommodated with simple firmware update. Thank you
