I have a setup with 3 x MP2 which should have a grid connection.
In germany loads (or grupped loads from same type) with more than 4,2 kW needs to have a port, where the grid provider can reduce the load to 4,2kW.
If i get it right, only the charge of the battery through the grid needs to be regulated.
Is there an solution available from Victron where I am not aware of?
Did someone succesfully register a 3 phase MP2 setup in germany? If yes, how?
Does someone know if it is sufficient to reduce the AC charging of the battery to 4.2 kW?
Thank you guys, I am looking forward to your inputs.
…see this: VE.Bus v555 released - genset compatibility and German §14a EnWG - Victron Professional
Should be possible to use AUX2 with VE-Bus Firmware v555.
However, I am unsure if multiple loads (like heatpumps and EVCS) are considered in the allowed grid-consumption (“Gleichzeitigkeitsfaktor”)…as I understand it, this is only for one battery.
I did update to v555 and the settings in grid-code are set as defaults for German $14a.
I wonder what modbus register the AUX1 and AUX2 will present, i couldn’t find them in the TCP-register-list Excel sheet.
Does anyone have them monitored? (not the Aux-Relay, which every Multiplus II has one)
