My Touch 70 recently displayed this message: “System load high, closing the side panel to reduce CPU load”. My system has been on shore power continuously, batteries have been charged to 100% for quite some time and not much loading with the mile weather. I cleared the message and it hasn’t come back. Everything seems to be operating normally. What is this message telling me?

I’ve got a GX Touch 70 too, but never experienced any message like you had. The only thing I can think of, is that the Cerbo GX maybe was busy with a lot of calculations, due to an update, or certain activities. I’m not sure if it’s possible to check log files, if so you might be able to find something out.
I also had this message when I had the side panel on display for a long time, I suspect having the side panel on uses more CPU power, and at some point that just accumulates, much like when a computer slows down if too many programs are running

Have you updated the firmware to 3.51? This seemed to be a fix. I have a customer who was receiving the same message every morning. After updating to 3.51 the message cleared for a week or 2. The message has returned.

Looks like there was a new firmware update Nov 21st, V 3.52. Can you check to see if you are still getting this message after updating?
I am running V 3.52 as I checked it today. Yesterday, we had lost AC power and when I checked the Touch 70 there was an alert about closing the side pane. I didn’t capture the exact message because i was more concerned to correct the missing AC power, but it was a message about too much cpu power dissipation. Prior to the lost AC event and since last night the side panel message hasn’t returned as of yet.
I’m getting this as well. It only appeared recently but I thought it was because of a new node red routine I made.
Any ideas?
Ha mensen, hier ook mijn eerste post. Ik krijg deze melding voortdurend de laatste dagen: hoge systeembelasting, sluit het zijpaneel om CPU belasting te verminderen.
uit de post van @kevdav100 krijg ik de indruk dat bekend verondersteld wordt wat met het zijpaneel bedoeld wordt. Spuit 11 hier heeft echt geen idee haha.. ik wil graag panelen sluiten maar hoe en vooral wat?
Ik heb overigens een stabiel draaiende 3 fase opstelling met drie multi rs solars op een cerbo gx mk2 met touch 50 op v3.75 draaien. Geen bijzonderheden, behalve dat ik vrij regelmatig monitor uit interesse en om nog wat te finetunen met de max ac waarden. De 25a grens per fase wordt namelijk kennelijk niet altijd in acht genomen door het systeem helaas… maar dat is een ander issue met een verder super mooi lopend systeem.
On this system it has something to do with the can.
Disabled animations also helps.
And some node red flws also don’t help.
And also noted no one here with the me too posts hit the vote button. Doesn’t help with escalation of issues in the priority levels.

What firmware are you using? There was a firmware that was written to address this.
ik draai op v3.75.
Configuratie is overigens als volgt: Netstroom komt binnen op omschakelkast van Helion energie en gaat naar AC-in van omvormers, en komt terug via omschakelkast het huis in via de AC-out. In het huis zijn best wat krachtige gebruikers, warmtepomp (Victron) laadpaal en 3 fase kookplaat. Daarnaast 14 panelen op de AC-out, deels via modbus gekoppeld, deels niet te tracken (enphase). Ik had verwacht dat de Cerbo (sneller en actiever) zou acteren, maar onlangs is zelfs een van de hoofdzekeringen eruit geknald toen de accu’s (2 x 16) op volle kracht geladen werden én de auto kennelijk met 16A aan de (gekoppelde Victron) paal hing. Viel me tegen, was gelukkig snel gefixt voor € 137 bij Alliander, maar sinds dien houd ik het wel wat nauwlettender in de gaten. Ik dacht dat het mogelijk te maken had met de omschakelkast, dat die 25A overschreden wordt, omdat er een 40A omschakelaar in die omschakelkast zit. Aan de andere kant zitten er 25A remautomaten in… Hoe dan ook: dit worden nu twee issues door elkaar. Antwoord op de vraag is: versie 3.75!
I should have been more specific, you mention the firmware for the GX in your first post, but the 25A issue is related to the Mitli RS firmware.
The issue the Multi RS - what firmware is on the RS?
