120 -> 120/240 autotransformer conflicting schematics

Does anyone understand the conflicting schematics for the autotransformer when trying to go from 120V to 120/240?

The manual (page 5 https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/Manual-Autotransformer-32A-and-100A-EN-(P).pdf) shows this with the output connected to the breakers:

But the additional schematics available on the product page (https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/AT-3-split-phase-120V-to-120-240V-with-Quattro-120V.pdf) show only one of the outputs on the breaker and the other on a 120V line.:

Please post photos of your connection components here.

The input is a 120V gas generator with a NEMA TT-30P plug going to a receptacle box:

The output goes to the generator input of solark-15k solar inverter. Pages 16 and 78 of the sol-ark manual (https://www.sol-ark.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/SK140-0001_V005_15K_Installation-Guide_30June2025.pdf) provide some detail, including “ONLY Supports 120/240V Split-Phase generators.”

Thank you
