The Renogy batteries I have seen details for need an absorption voltage of 14.4V. Check your battery documentation.
A tail current of 8A may be better for 200Ah of battery capacity (4%).
A rebulk voltage of 0.1V may result in the unit going back to absorption a lot, a higher value may be useful but see how your system responds during use.
