Why Input Current Limit is 17 A when is 16 A MAX?

The first time I’ve noticed this, I checked the MP grid current, and it was 6A. I did a few +/- tips and got back to 6A, checked the VRM, and then it was 6A, like it should be. Next day, VRM showed 7A again.
