Does anyone have an idea why the data is incorrect? PV production is not equal to consumption + injection.

A single multiplus will always assume it is running on phase 1.
So, what will happen is, that the Grid-Meter is reporting something totally different for phase 1 than the MP measures (Because it is connected to phase 3) - and the difference will be considered AC Load.
Best would be to move the multiplus to phase 1, so these values align properly.

If you expand a bit more you will probably see phase compensation working there as well.
