I have a setup where the battery voltage is measured by the bms and fed to the SmartSolar charger via ve.direct. Everything works nice, the charger uses the (free of voltage drop) measurement from the bms.
Now I want to add more SmartSolar chargers to the system. Connecting each and every of them with ve.direct is a pain and so I wonder if the charger that receives the measured battery voltage via ve.direct will communicate this measurement via BT (ve.smart networking) to the other chargers.

No, it will not communicate this over the VE.Smart network. The MPPT is just a receiver for this information and will not (re)broadcast this on the network. Only a source of the information will broadcast this on the network. That can be a SmartBMV/SmartShunt or SmartBatterySense.
