Why is my batteries discharging to the grid?

Having trouble configuring my system.

I should be able to generate enough power to accommodate the loads in the house. However, the system is spiradic.

During the day when there is lots of sunshine, it will grab from the grid and charge the batteries. Once 100% the solar power than takes care of all the loads.

When the evening comes i hope to power the house with the battery power. However, its seems to be discharging my battery power to the grid.. which is frustrating.

I have the following

32kw batteries

Lynx shunt

Mppt 450/200

Multiplus ll 48/8000

Did you install ESS? Is exporting enabled?

Your battery is discharging at 4374 W, but only 2793 W of that goes into the grid. Where does the remaining 1581 W go? AC Load is 0.

Which grid meter are you using? Is it possible that it is installed incorrectly?
