What is the simplest water tank sensor that will connect to the Cerbo GX. I’m planning on installing a fresh water tank under my ProMaster van. Have a full Victron system. Is there a simple plug and play solution ?

It largely depends on the material the tank is made of. Plastic tanks are the easiest. Here are three that I know work well with Victron: Seelevel, Fathom Radar, and Mopeka.
