I’ve got a grid connected ESS system in Australia that has both 2x 5kva inverters (each with a energy meter) on the AC in side along with a smaller 2kva on the AC out (Fronius). While the system seems to be functioning normally, I’ve noted that since the new version of the gui, it seems that the energy usage in the graph is reporting significantly higher than it should.
At night when there is no solar PV available and the multiplus is delivering power to both the ac in/out loads the recorded usage appears correct.
If I look at the AC load summary as shown below, it shows approx 775w for the 15 minute interval
(i.e. for 1hr approx 3.1kWh used), yet according to the system overview below, it reckons I’ve used 6.89kWh which is over double what I’ve used according to the earlier image.
One thing I’m guessing could be perhaps a factor is the system was charging the batteries from the PV so perhaps it may be counting this usage?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I’m super confused. I swear in the previous GUI revision the counting was correct and I haven’t changed anything at my end.
