Edit/update: I believe I have found the cause and I think it’s a bug.
At times when my system is below 20% battery, which is usually around these times, I engage my backup “charge from grid” solution which does not enter the Quattros’ AC In 1 or 2, but is controlled like a generator using the Cerbo relay 1. I won’t bore you with the details unless they’re relevant, but basically what this looks like to the Cerbo is it asked for a generator to start and then it sees -6000w on the DC bus. Since this outweighs the power drawn to provide AC to the villa, I assume that that is why this graph shows 0 consumption for that time period.
The problem is… while I understand this is intended to mean “how much have I consumed for battery” or similar, it’s not like it stopped producing power during that time. The consumption of AC during that interval remained constant. It should not matter if the overall power in to power out amount is negative; by the same logic, when my SCC charges at 11kW and nothing is inverted from battery then this should read zero as well.
This is a bug for sure in the interface. Consumption as a number should be the sum total of all AC loads provided by the system (possibly also including DC bus loads like running the SCC or inverters), not that number added to the DC bus loads. Or at least offer a method to simply make the graph AC loads only.
Please fix this.

Been running a three-phase Quattro install in the Caribbean now for 9+ months and for the most part, been running great. Most of my issues are in Cerbo/VRM/reporting, and this is a new one in that same vein.
Every day, around 4-6AM, the Cerbo deliberately stops reporting consumption. This is odd because it’s before the sun comes up, there definitely IS load (see my Emporia graph proving around 2.7kWh used in that time), and there seem to be no internet outages in that time (not that that should matter, Cerbo should cache the updates and upload them later once Internet is back). Two days ago, it was “no consumption” at 6AM, but yes, there was absolutely power provided during that time (again, checked with Emporia). Also reported zero usage at night but this is also provably incorrect.
Is there a reason this happens? Things I can check for/troubleshoot? It’s not like the system is “bad” but I would prefer to obtain correct data from it.
Thanks!
