Anyone have any ideas why the individual MPPT controller production values don’t add up the dashboard totals? (7044 ≠ 7297)
253w of self consumption, if you list all devices connected to this system we can work out if that figure of 253w is correct.
7044w is whats going to batteries/ load.
The dashboard shows ALL the consumption, in top right, 659W, is all AC loads. I have NO DC loads at all. The MPPT’s production totals (7044W). minus the AC LOAD totals (659W) goes directly to charging (6417W). But 7044-659 = 6385, which is only 32W under what is shown.
Watching the VRM display for a hot second shows the individual controller wattages and the total wattage do not update simultaneously. The multiple “moving targets” may or may not perfectly align depending on when the values are observed.
Yes, I had thought of that, and do notice not all readings seem to update simultaneously. That probably explains it, thank-you
All your victron equipment is DC powered and that’s not shown on your dashboard, that power has to come from somewhere in most cases that is directly from your batteries.
