Ive diy installed the system by myself, i know what im doing as i am an electronics engineer, the system has been working off grid since last Autumn, and its only today that this error showd up. I have read the manual regarding voltage sensing, but i don’t have any voltage sensing wires connected…

Before i dive in today and make adjustments in VE config, can anyone please tell me which tab the voltage sense “on off” option is located?

On remote console GUI, your inverter section → Alarm setup → Voltage sense error → Disabled

So not in VE config, thanks for letting me know this, i would have been searching everywhere in ve config , glad i asked. Thats the only downside to victron that there’s two places where settings are made.

Go further down than the Advanced and you’ll see there Alarm Status and Alarm Setup. [1]

[image] Ludo: Its accessible in both, i don’t have a cerbo, so i only go through ve config. And i believe its more straightforward then through cerbo. Could you please show me where I can disable Alarms in VE.Config? Sorry, didn’t managed to find it… I am using VE Configure 3, ver. 90.04.24…

Thanks for that, there was indeen another option further down. I went into tje alarm page and it says voltage sense error, but i also noticed it saying ve bus error But theres no where on that page to alter any settings. Am i in serious trouble with a be bus error as well? [Screenshot_20250419_…

What ve device would cause that as it indicates 8/11 I have a lynx shunt, cerbo, batteries and 2 mppts, are all these classed as ve devices? I tried disabling voltage senseing in the gui but it made no difference, so i ended up using VE config, and did a firmware update at the same time. The inv…

Oh so this could potentially be a fault within the MultiPlus-II? Thats concerning, as it would more than likely need returning for repairs, which would be extremely inconvenient being im running my entire property off grid with it. Ill contact the seller tomorrow and see what they say.
