Voltage peaks - overvoltage damages

My system is installed since 3 years. Through those years I had a few occasions with overvoltage damages in different electrical appliances.

My system is made of three Multiplus 2 - 3000 for three phases, Polyntech Batterie US3000, a CerboGX, an MPPT with 5,6 kWP Solarpanel. The system is connected to the grid.

On some occations I get the alarm that connection to the grid is lost or there is a problem with phase rotation. The connection to the grid is usually not restored until I restart the Multiplus. After those occasion it happens often that I have somewhere a dead heating pump or a dead usb-charger or something similar. Today it happened again. I looked the voltage history up and noticed that there has been a very low voltage on all the output phases (190V). On the input side from the grid(AC input Voltage) 2 phases had the same low voltage and von phase had a very high voltage (315V).

I am not sure where this comes from. It does not seem to that this comes from outside my system since other houses nearby would than also encounter those voltage peaks. But what could cause those voltage peaks or lows so that I get those overvoltage damages?

I am thankful for any idea or maybe someone had a similar experiance.

This is a serious problem and usually requires the expertise of a certified electrician. Mayby even someone from the grid company. You said that the AC in voltage is also wrong. Which country is this? What else do you have connected on AC in. Do you have a one or three phase inverter? Anything that requires a three phase connection?

Additionally. I would certainly install a primary and secondary overvoltage protection system.

Yes it is a serious problem. But since I don’t find a electrician willing or able to do this I want to research myself and than look after somebody certified willing to do the necessary work. Here are screenshots of what happend according to the dashbord. I have only the grid on ACin. I have three Multiplus II for the three phases.
