I connect via Victron Connect(VRM) to the energy meter and there is stated that the neutral current is about -11A (that’s the correct value) but then it changes immediately to 654A. That’s totally wrong.
You might want to check if the Current Clamps are correctly closed al the way. And secure them with a Ty Wrap around them. They are know to be a weak point.
Same issue here. Also running firmware 1.08. Alternating between -1.7 and 655.2 A with fairly long intervals. This has nothing to do with the clamps in my opinion, those are perfectly seated. Since at least the three of us have appear to have the same issue, I’m assuming it’s a bug.
Hi all, thanks for reporting. There is a bug in the VictronConnect-Remote feature regarding negative values for the neutral current. It has been fixed in Venus v3.60~59 (beta), and we will also include this fix in an upcoming release version of Venus.
