VICTRON VM-3P75CT showing completely wrong values

Hello Community,

Today I installed the VM-3P75CT as a grid meter. Installation went smooth and I was quickly able to find it in the device list and upgrade the firmware.
Unfortunately, the load values are completely wrong and I have no idea, why.

Of course, I checked that I used CT1 on L1, CT2 on L2, CT3 on L3.
I also checked the orientation K->L, so that the load side is going into the distributor.

Here is a picture of the clamp installation, maybe one of you can see a mistake there:

Here is a screenshot of the dashboard that shows a critical load of 1.728W and a grid of -146W.

Any ideas or tipps will be greatly appreciated

Thank you,
Andi

Problem is solved. If anyone else has the same issues, here’s what I did:

  1. Make sure the clamps are REALLY closed. They must hearably click in the little nose
  2. L2 and L3 are twisted in my installation. So I changed the clamps and wiring accordingly
