Victron phoenix 12/500 inverter voltages

while assessing and trying to prove full isolation from AC to DC on my campervan inverter i found these readings?
No continuity between earth and neutral ( assuming the internal link is removed?)
240V AC between active and neutral
Active or neutral to earth indicates 120V AC ? But this was with the multimeter. I tested the same with test lamps and this seems to pull that voltage down .
Can anyone explain why this occurs ? Im trying to ensure the output 240V AC is floating with no chance of shock to earth or to the 12V system ( assuming its the only fault)

I’m not exactly sure what where your measurements were taken, but a sensitive scope will easily show some voltage, at 50hz AC (or whatever the inverter is doing) on conductors that are placed close to the conductors connected to the inverter. AC cycles will propagate into the air as fields, and back into voltage and current in nearby metals, but the key is that as you found, any tiny load will ‘pull down’ the voltage to nothing.
