Hi. I have been using the RS Solar 48/6000/80 inverter for 2 years and it powered my aircons, but after an update it shuts down when I put on the aircons or start the lawn mower. I am at a point of selling it and trying something else. Is this something that Victron can fix?

What’s the current version of the software you are running now?
And if you are also running a Cerbo-like device, which is its Venus OS version?

Sounds like a start up current problem. And yes more information please.
To be honest. It was about a year ago October. I can’t even remember anymore. The aircons were working and after the update turning off “Error 52”. I have been keeping up with the latest’s updates to see if it will fix itself or give me an option to change the EAS setting, but it is a V.Can connection, so I can’t use the V.Bus software to adjust it. The Cerbo-S is also up to date with the latest software, but I can’t find a setting on VRM.
Error 52 is inverter overload as far as I know. Your AC startup current may be way too big
One question: is it off grid installation?
I use multi rs 80A with AC. Actually I have AC, washing machine and dryer on one phase, never had any issues
My washing machine is not a problem. Do you think there might be a fuse or something that has blown?
Can you flash back the working version and see if the error is still manifesting itself?
And another thing… It’s an Inverter RS Solar or Multi RS Solar?
