For this item to be available, the VE.Bus firmware needs to be new enough (vebus firmware 504 and newer) and a setting needs to be enabled in the VE.Bus device. The settings can be found in VEConfigure under the advanced tab. There, “limit internal chargers to prioritize other energy sources” should be enabled.
This settings can also be enabled in VictronConnect when using a mk3-usb:
