Victron 12 v agm battery discharging quickly

Should I use Recondition stage to improve the charge holding capacity of my Victron 12 v AGM I have three identical batteries connected in parallel 330 amh any help will be much appreciated.i have a Victron 20amp charger which has the Recondition stage on the settings. The setup is on my sailing boat the batteries are 5 years old and seem to lose voltage very quickly

Which AGMs do you have? Victron has done several different versions of them over the years.

5 years is a good run for AGMs to be honest; you wouldn’t typically run a recondition cycle on an AGM battery unless the user manual specifically says it’s okay, but you could certainly charge at a higher voltage for a bit to help. The maximum charging voltage permitted should be printed on the side of the battery, will most likely be somewhere between 14.7v and 15.0v depending on the specific model of Victron AGM you have.

This a picture of the top of one of my batteries all 3 are the same all added together June 2021 I do run electric sheet winches and when sailing locally I do a lot of tacking. Our marina gives us access for 3 hours over high tide. I would appreciate your advice. I am tempted to go for lithium batteries but it would be much easier to swap like for like very simple.

Okay, yeah I’ve got one of those (old) on my floor, here’s the charging specs for them:

So, don’t equalize/recondition, but you can try boosting your charge voltage to 14.7v for a while to see if you can pack some more power into the plates.

Thank you, Justin. I’ll give it a try tomorrow when I go to the Boat as regards, Mike.
