Venus OS: Support LTE Sticks

Silly question:

Since which FW version does Venus OS support LTE USB sticks?

I just plugged a ZTE LTE USB stick into a GX device (3.64) and was online, it registered as an Ethernet device.

I was very surprised, as I thought that this was only possible with the GX LTE 4 or via WLAN or network cable.

I haven’t found anything about this here in the forum or in the GX manual.

I am not sure it is supported, more likely the updated base image has broader drivers for third party devices. The official line still seems to be only the Victron LTE devices are supported.
But supported and works are different things.
Certainly nothing mentioned in the release streams going back to 3.60.
