Been away for a while, looks like things have changed…
I’m thinking I should update my venus gx. (currently v3. 3)
But I can’t seem to find any release notes/guides etc.
Can anyone assist please?
If all works the way you want, don’t do it…

@alexpescaru is entirely correct - if your system is stable and you don’t have a specific reason to update, don’t update. My own personal system is running 3.11, because it’s stable and functions as I prefer.
That said, the Venus OS changelog is available through Victron Professional, if you have an account - if you don’t have an account, don’t hesitate to sign up for one since there’s lots of useful information there. Once you do have the account, you can grab the current version of the changelog here Victron Professional

I tend to leave well enough alone, but I should keep up to date with what is available.
History has taught that getting too far out of date causes issues when an upgrade is required. And of course just because I haven’t seen a serious issue yet doesn’t mean I am immune.
One specific issue I am having is occasional overvoltage errors from my pylontech us3000. Usually mid afternoon at peak solar output while battery is still charging.
I’d suggest talking to Pylontech about that - could be they have a FW update available to fix that or some other recommendations.
