VE Bus BMS NG Lithium

Edit, found the answer in Appendix 8, you must enable battery monitor in the MP and the SOC will relay thru the VE BUS network

I have setup a few NG Lithium Battery installs now using the LYNX BMS and the SOC populated on the GX device no worries at all

I’m about to setup a similar setup but using the VE Bus BMS NG, I was lead to believe the NG batteries did not need an external shunt but all the schematics show an external shunt with the GX device, does the VE Bus BMS NG only show SOC on VE Connect
